Our policy

We take great pride in the quality of every SIA HOME product. Each order is inspected before it leaves our facility.

Due to the nature of home fragrance items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@siahomelab.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
• Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery
• Items that have been used, burned, or opene
• Returns based on fragrance preference

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
