What's the difference between your three formats?

Each format suits a different kind of space and rhythm. Candles create warmth and ritual — best for evenings, bedrooms, and moments you want to mark. Reed diffusers work continuously without any attention, making them ideal for living rooms, entryways, and offices. Room sprays give you instant control — use them anywhere, anytime, for an immediate shift in atmosphere.

Are your products vegan?

Yes. All SIA HOME candles, diffusers, and room sprays are made with vegan formulas — no animal-derived ingredients, no beeswax, no exceptions.

Are your fragrances phthalate-free?

Yes. Every SIA HOME fragrance is free from phthalates, parabens, and artificial dyes. Designed to be as considered as the spaces they inhabit.

What wax do you use in your candles?

Our candles are hand-poured using a premium vegan wax blend, chosen for its clean burn, even melt pool, and ability to carry fragrance without compromise.

Candle Care

How long do your candles burn?

Each SIA HOME candle is designed for approximately 45 hours of burn time. To get the most from yours, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every use and allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn. This prevents tunneling and extends the life of the candle.

How do I get the best scent throw?

Burn your candle in a room with the door closed for the first 30 minutes. Avoid placing it near open windows or air vents — moving air disperses fragrance before it can settle. A room between 100 and 300 square feet will give you the most noticeable effect.

When should I stop burning my candle?

Stop use when 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel. Burning beyond this point can cause the glass to overheat.

Can I reuse the candle vessel?

Yes. Once the candle has fully burned, remove any remaining wax with warm water and a soft cloth. The vessel can be used as a small planter, a desk organizer, or a minimalist accent piece. The matte black finish holds up well over time.

Reed Diffusers

How do I set up my reed diffuser?

Remove the stopper, insert the reeds, and allow 24 hours for the fragrance to travel fully up the reeds before judging the scent strength. Start with 6 of the 8 reeds included for a subtler effect, or use all 8 for stronger diffusion.

How often should I flip the reeds?

Once or twice a week is sufficient for most spaces. The more frequently you flip, the stronger — but shorter — the lifespan of the fragrance. If you want the diffuser to last the full three months, flip sparingly.

How long does a diffuser last?

Up to 3 months, depending on room size, temperature, and how often you flip the reeds. Warmer rooms and higher airflow will shorten the lifespan.

Where should I place my diffuser?

Away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and high-traffic air flow. A stable surface at mid-height — a side table, a shelf, a bathroom counter — gives the best diffusion. Protect delicate or polished surfaces with a tray or coaster.

Room Sprays

How do I use the room spray?

Mist 2 to 3 times into the air or directly onto soft furnishings — curtains, cushions, bedding. Hold the bottle at least 12 inches from fabric. Avoid spraying directly onto polished wood, painted surfaces, or electronics.

How long does the scent last after spraying?

Typically 2 to 4 hours in the air, and longer on soft furnishings. Fabric holds fragrance significantly better than open air.

Can I use the room spray on my clothes?

We formulate our sprays for interiors, not skin or clothing. While the formula is gentle, we recommend using it on soft furnishings rather than directly on fabric you're wearing.

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we accept returns or exchanges only in cases of damage or defect upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at siahome.wa@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.

What if I don't like the scent?

We understand that fragrance is personal. If you're unsure which scent is right for you, we recommend starting with our most versatile options — Silent Cashmere for something universally warm, or Tidal Amber for something fresher.
